About Your Trainers
Yvette Howard, LCSW is a Clinical Supervisor, and Private Practice Strategist. Early in private practice, she experienced firsthand how confusing and stressful audits and compliance can be—despite being a strong clinician. Determined to protect her practice, Yvette learned the systems, documentation standards, and compliance strategies that allow practices to stay ethical, audit-ready, and profitable. As the Founder of Brighter Tomorrow Therapy and Boss Clinician, LLC, she now helps mental health professionals run confident, compliant practices without over-documenting or burning out.
Francesca Wilson, LCSW-S, LCSW, CADC is a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to adults navigating chronic stress, anxiety, life transitions, and complex trauma. Her clinical work integrates nervous system regulation, attachment-based interventions, and somatic-informed practices, with a strong emphasis on stabilization, pacing, and ethical readiness for deeper therapeutic work. Francesca works extensively with high-functioning clients and marginalized populations for whom insight often precedes capacity. She brings a grounded, practical teaching style rooted in real-world clinical application and therapist sustainability.
