About this Training
About this course: Supervisors have the daunting task of helping therapists navigate the ethical pitfalls and dilemmas they will face in clinical practice, and we have the unique position of ensuring that therapists are equipped to make ethical decisions when serving those who are vulnerable.
OBJECTIVES
After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:
-Define Ethical Standards in Clinical Supervision
-Identify and Analyze Ethical Dilemmas in Supervision
-Apply Ethical Guidelines to Supervision Scenarios
-Demonstrate Cultural Competence in Ethical Supervision
-Evaluate the Legal and Ethical Implications of Gatekeeping in Supervision
-Assess Supervisory Boundaries and Responsibilities

Continuing Education Information
Three (3) continuing education credits will be available for attendees.
Clinicians of Color, LLC, [provider number], is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: [dates]. Social workers completing this course receive three (3) clinical continuing education credits.
Course Completion Requirements
NOTE: Tuition includes a free CE Certificate after attending the webinar in its entirety and completing the evaluation. Instructional methods will include PowerPoint, and didactic lecture. Upon completion of the webinar, evaluations will be emailed to participants for completion. Certificates of completion will be emailed within 10 business days of course completion.
