Date: November 16, 2026
Time: 5-7 PM EST
This training examines complex PTSD through a trauma-informed, nervous system-based lens with a specific focus on BIPOC communities. Participants will explore how chronic stress, racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, and systemic inequities shape regulation, attachment, and trauma responses.
