About this Training

Training Title: The Embodied Clinician: Shifting from Just Talk Therapy to Energetic & Somatic Release
Date: August 10, 2026
Time: 5-7 PM EST

Stop working so hard just to stay in the same place. In this session, we go beyond “just talking” to explore why your clients—and you—are getting stuck in cycles of exhaustion and burnout. We’re bridging the gap between clinical mental health mastery and the radical power of energetic release.

-Beyond the “Blah Blah Blah”: Understand why the vast majority of trauma is stored in the “pre-verbal” brain and why traditional talk therapy literally cannot reach the layers where your clients are most stuck.

-Stop Being a “Psychic Sponge”: Discover the science of how energy is transferred in the clinical space and why you leave your office feeling drained by everyone else’s “stuff.”

-The Power of the Shift: Explore how mindfulness and energetic techniques, like Reiki, create an immediate “reset” for the nervous system that talk therapy alone can’t replicate.

-The Path to Radical Healing: Learn how to identify when a client needs more than a coping skill and how integrating energetic release can protect your own peace while accelerating your client’s transformation.

Training Title: Take Off the Cape: Releasing Internalized Expectations of Strength in Clinicians of Color
Date: August 31, 2026
Time: 5-7 PM EST

This training examines how internalized cultural expectations of strength affect burnout, professional boundaries, and clinical decision making among clinicians of color. Participants will explore the role of identity, emotional labor, and overfunctioning using trauma informed and culturally responsive frameworks. The training provides evidence informed strategies that support clinician sustainability while maintaining ethical and effective client care. Participants will gain practical tools applicable to clinical practice, supervision, and organizational settings.
