About this Training
Starting a new business is rife with challenges, not the least of which is understanding the legal intricacies of entrepreneurship. This presentation has been crafted to support mental health professionals in grasping key legal concepts related to the formation of a business. By the end of this presentation, participants should be able to:
- understand what a business entity is and why it is important
- distinguish between corporations and LLCs and select one for their business
- understand the steps to be followed to set up an entity and best practices to maintain their entity once established.
