Training Title: Beyond the Unconscious Contract: A trauma-informed path to help clients develop internal authority
Date: July 27, 2026
Time: 5-7 PM EST
This training explores how the relationship between the Unconscious Contract and the Invisible Audience inhibits the development of internal authority and an authentic inner voice. Participants will explore how internalized messages sustain survival-based behaviors and responses, and learn trauma-informed, culturally responsive interventions that strengthen internal authority and support the clients’ journey from survival to values-driven living.
About Your Trainer
Ebonie-Marché Jones, MA, LMHC focuses on helping high-functioning adults, particularly BIPOC, first-generation Americans, and individuals of Caribbean heritage, who grew up in families that valued loyalty, silence, and survival more than individuality. She is trained in EMDR and informed by IFS, and she uses mindfulness and storytelling in her sessions to support nervous system regulation and honor cultural backgrounds. This approach helps clients explore different aspects of their identity and facilitates mind-body connection. Ebonie’s style is direct, grounded, and respectful. She believes healing means becoming more self-led, embodied, and in tune with oneself.
