Become a Holistic Therapist
Online Training for Clinicians of Color
About this Training
This training equips mental health professionals with a clinical framework for integrating trauma-informed yoga and other holistic modalities into therapeutic practice. Participants will examine the Kosha Model, which conceptualizes five interconnected layers of self—physical, energetic, mental/emotional, spiritual, and communal—and their relevance to mental health and trauma recovery. Through experiential learning, participants will engage in evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, to explore their impact on nervous system regulation. Clinicians will gain practical tools and ethical guidelines for incorporating these interventions within a trauma-informed framework to enhance client care and practitioner well-being.
