About this Training
This webinar will comprehensively address assessing children for the developmental disorder of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder including making differential diagnosis, testing instruments, and report writing. Included in the price of this six-hour seminar will be a recording of another webinar on how to become a tester (conducted by Dr. Linda McGhee) AND admissions to the Multicultural Assessment Conference in October.
About Your Trainer

Linda McGhee, PsyD, JD, BBA, (she/her/hers) is a clinical psychologist and founder of McGhee & Associates (Chevy Chase, Maryland). McGhee received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and doctorate in psychology and law degree from George Washington University. She completed the Diversity and Inclusion Program at Cornell University. Her practice specializes in the treatment and assessment of teenagers and adults. Particular assessment specialties include learning disorders, executive functioning, and social and emotional testing.

Dr. Tanisha Drummond is a board-certified child and adolescent psychologist specializing in psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Drummond is the owner of E-S Consulting and Assessment, LLC, a private practice in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Drummond also supervises psychology doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows, and provides consultative services to schools, agencies, and other professionals. Previous speaking engagements include mental health and school advocacy, multicultural assessment and report writing, trauma, and empowering Black children.

Dr. Heard obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College. She then completed graduate training at Howard University where she obtained her Masters in Counseling Psychology degree; and later received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Lehigh University (APA Accredited Program). Dr. Heard is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland and certified as a National Health Service Psychologist and Approved Clinical Supervisor. Dr. Heard has extensive experience providing therapy and psychological assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults within inpatient, residential, outpatient, and school settings.

The trainer will be offering APA credits. This is included in your fee.
We will be offering NBCC credits for an additional $35.
Participants who complete this entire training program and its evaluation are eligible for seven (7) NBCC hours. Clinicians of Color, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7256. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Clinicians of Color, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
Credits will offered for Counselors and all other designations will be provided Certificates of Completion.
