ABOUT THE TRAINING
You have expertise and opinions about mental health matters, and the public needs to hear from you. Getting media exposure can provide social proof, establish you as the go-to on specific issues, and increase your credibility with your target audience.
We are very fortunate to secure this training with two media experts who will teach us how to get the media coverage we desire. Dr. Jeff Gardere is known as America's psychologist. You've probably seen him on MSNBC, The Today Show, and reality tv shows. Margaret Cronan is a media and marketing executive. Together they will teach us and answer questions about how to be seen on television and print.
Here are the learning objectives.
- How to seek, find and pursue opportunities in the media.
- How to craft the right message to the media and general audience.
- The do's and don'ts for media appearances
